That was the message heard over the intercom of a Wal-Mart store in New Jersey this week. Obviously a prank, either by a customer or a employee of Walmart it has apparently caused outrage throughout the United States. Whether  it has or not isn’t known for sure.

From the report by the major US news networks customers are going to stop shopping at Wal-Mart and call on the offender to be caught and prosecuted.

This is another example of people going overboard when anything racist is mentioned. This was a prank, nothing more. Wal-Mart is certainly not at fault (don’t know why I’m defending them but it’s the truth in this case) and the prankster is nothing more than that, a prankster. I certainly don’t believe he should get imprisonment, there is a thing called freedom of speech you know – bad taste or not (that’s for you to decide).

Like I said – people going OVERBOARD!

If this happened in Ireland I’m sure it would be on the news for the coming weeks!

A email circulated around the HSE and An Post as well as a few other organisations which said the following:

“If you cross the North Korean border illegally, you get 12 years hard labour. If you cross the Iranian border illegally, you are detained indefinitely. If you cross the Afghan border, you’re shot. Saudi Arabian border you’ll get jailed. All sorts of terrible things will happen to you if you cross almost every other border except the Irish border.”

“If you cross the Irish border illegally you get a job, a driver’s licence, social insurance card, money from the social security, food stamps, credit cards, subsidised rent or a loan to buy a house, free education and free healthcare.”

The email then ended up in the hands of Vincent Browne, see video below:

Now we all know that sending non-work email at work is looked down upon but this is not what Vincent Browne and guests were on about. Apparently not knowing the meaning of ‘racist’ they all branded the email so and treated it like one of the worse crimes on humanity.

Forget our free speech and our opinions, you don’t have the right to speak if you don’t like mass immigration it seems. It doesn’t matter if the context of the email is correct, incorrect or party correct, people have the right to express their opinions, so I thought!

Now, we all know that  non work related emails are a no-no but do you honestly think a email about how the night went with a girl down at the local pub would make the Vincent Browne show? Of course it wouldn’t so we all know it was about the CONTENT and not the actual act of sending non-work related emails during work hours.

You surely have guessed by now what I wanted to talk about, yep, that right folks – I want to talk about the taboo of voicing your opinion against mass immigration.

You don’t like mass immigration? Well then you’re a racist !!! Well you are going by the mindset of some nitwits. Your dog doesn’t like the black postman? Then your dog is a fucking racist, a fucking colour blind racist, nevermind the dogs mindset of ’someone entering territory, protect master, go woof woof’ -No – he’s a fucking racist.

Ridiculous isn’t it? It the same with us humans, like I said above, if you don’t like mass immigration then expect to be called a racist. If you don’t welcome multiculturalism with open arms, then expect to be called a racist. Want to protect your great Irish culture – oh – guess what? You going to be called a racist.

I’m often called a racist, I don’t like mass-immigration. I married an immigrant but that doesn’t matter it seems. She’s white so I must still be a racist !!! Apparently I should have married a black woman, as black as can be. Maybe then they won’t call me racist but I don’t care.

Today if anyone who have the guts to stand up and speak their mind against immigration will be more than likely be called a racist. It’s an tactic used to silence people similar to calling someone a heretic a few hundred years ago, they would shut up immediately if they didn’t want to be burned.

This is one of the most important things that needs to reversed to the way it was a short few decades ago when we could say what we wanted to say. The people need to feel safe and secure in speaking their opinions, after-all the right to free speech is printed in the Irish constitution.

So speak your opinions with pride, let the Vincent Brown’s and co show their ignorance. Don’t let people tell you what you are and what you are not, you know yourself. When you start speaking your mind you giving others the confidence to do the same.

Free speech for everyone, ignore the so called political correctness – it’s just a form of control.
